  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz. dry macaroni
  • 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • ground black pepper to taste
  1. Bring both to boil in a large saucepan. Add macaroni and reduce heat to medium-high. Cook according to package directions, stirring frequently. DO NOT DRAIN.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in cheeses until melted. Season to taste.
