  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 oz chopped green chilies
  • 1 onion – chopped
  • 1 clove garlic – minced
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon tobasco
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  1. Brown the chicken breasts in olive oil; set aside.
  2. Suaté onion and garlic. Add green chilies.
  3. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until chocolate is melted
  4. Add browned chicken and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
