  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup onion
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1 1/2 cups celery, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks, drained
  • 3/4 cup almonds, toasted and chopped
  1. Combine mayonnaise, onions and toss with remaining ingredients.
  2. Garnish with crushed potato chips.
  3. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes
