Hot Chicken Salad
1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/8 cup onion 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 3 cups chicken, cooked and diced 1 1/2 cups celery, sliced 1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks, drained 3/4 cup almonds, toasted and chopped Combine mayonnaise, onions and toss with remaining ingredients. Garnish with crushed potato chips. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes
