  • 3 cups shredded carrots
  • 2 medium oranges peeled
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • dash salt
  1. Place carrots in a medium bow.
  2. Section oranges into bowl to catch juices.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Chill for several hours.
