Chicken Spaghetti

1 1/2 cup spaghetti cut 2" pieces 2 cups chicken cooked and cut in bite size pieces 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1/4 cup pimento 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can chicken broth 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese grated (save enough to sprinkle on top ) salt and pepper taste Do not cook spaghetti first Mix all ingredients and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes

Carrot And Raisin Salad

3 cups grated carrots 1 cup chopped celery 2/3 cup raisins 1/2 cup chopped pecans 2 tbsp chopped parsley 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp grated orange rind 1/2 tsp salt In large bowl, combine all ingredients in the order given. Toss lightly with a fork.
